“‘Let’sLive’ is a social empowerment enterprise committed to enhancing and improving the livelihoods of tribal and farming communities. We work directly with small scale farmers so that our customers can get access to products that are natural, pristine and picked from the lap of nature. We encourage and provide advice for practicing ethical farming and eco-friendly methods to all those who partner with us.”
Laudable objectives indeed! Founders of the Company should be admired for their altruistic approach of the Start-up. Though it is a private limited company externally, it’s DNA is more of a Non-Governmental Organization that is oriented towards reaching and improving the lives of the unreached in remote corners of the country. It would be a delightful duty of professionals like us who spent decades in areas related to rural development to assist ‘Let’sLive’ to realize the avowed objectives in their just started journey ; the products introduced – Natural Honey and Black Rice amply reflect the sincerity of their implementation in toto. I am confident that elite customers across the Nation who too share similar progressive thinking would encourage Let’s Live to emerge as a leading Company to contribute its best in service of rural India and ensure prosperity of real Bharat!
In my attempt to support the Company, I shall be sharing my thinking in these columns, the products that would fit in well with it ideologically – not merely to benefit the rural populace financially but improve their awareness of products they can contribute, knowledge required to be imparted in them to turn out qualitatively superior products, possibilities of supporting them to acquire the necessary skills to sustain production and productivity and so on. In fact, there is a large range of eco-friendly and organic products that could be sourced from hitherto neglected hinterlands of the country only if there are concerted efforts by development oriented agencies, Public or Private.
I shall be covering prospective products in the ensuing posts periodically.
